FAQ + SHIPPING


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 12 pm (GMT). Sometimes processing may take longer and in the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer DHL for international orders. Irupé is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser- Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I´M TRIYING TO LOCATE MY ORDER, HOW DO I TRACK IT?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is processed and this email will have a link to Track Your Order. your tracking link doesn’t work right away,
You can track your order by clicking the button in your dispatch confirmation email.

ENTERED THE WRONG ADRESS
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact us immediately irupe@shopirupe.com
If your order has already been processed, IRUPÉ accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns process is available for changing incorrect ítems.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the clients incurring redirection fees. Irupé reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

Order details are available in order confirmation emails, and in “My account” for clients who were logged in when placing their order

All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm.
We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.
Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails.

CARE FOR YOUR IRUPÉ PIECES
For the best care of this garment we recomend a delicate machine cycle separately with cold water or to wash by hand. Lay flat or hang to air drop. Do not bleach.


RETURN AND CONDITIONS
We are happy to accept returns purchased from shopirupe.com within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted.

We offer a return service by USPS for a flat fee of 15 usd which it's then deducted from your refund.
